IT service provider gets consistent data with four system integration

CodeBlue delivers unique information technology support solutions that are customised to suit an individual business. Code Blue found themselves with four different systems in use; Microsoft CRM (CRM), MYOB Exo (Accounting), IT Quota (Procurement Application) and Jobtrack (Service Management application). Codeblue identified the need to synchronize data across these systems so turned to Flow. Flow was used to facilitate the transfer of quotes and sales orders from IT Quota to MYOB Exonet while also maintaining the consistency of customer information across all four systems.
